The Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) is an integrated leadership and management system that describes the elements essential to organisations sustaining high levels of performance. It can be used to assess and improve any aspect of an organisation, including leadership, strategy and planning, people, information and knowledge, safety, service delivery, product quality and bottom-line results. The ABEF provides organisations with assurance of their sustainable performance and is Australia’s preferred framework for leadership and governance.

Our goal is to provide our clients with a level of assurance in service surpassing their expectations in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Price.

We utilise visual management and standardised processes, supported by safety and quality documentation, to provide a clear methodology for the execution of our work. Through standardisation, we are able to produce an auditable trail for continuous improvement.

We take pride in our workmanship and seek feedback from our clients to gauge our performance on every job.

We use a range of techniques to ensure our tools, equipment and facilities are well maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Worksite management and housekeeping are a priority in our approach to work.

Our site personnel are empowered to take whatever actions are necessary to maintain strict facility, worksite and material control to ensure we are able to deliver on our promises saving us time and you money.

Information sharing, safety and quality interaction and regular work performance updates including after action reviews are recognised as powerful tools to continually improve our service and this is displayed on our Performance Communication Board to be found on every job.
